This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit KYMWHITMAN.com (the “Site”, “Website”), interact with us in any method or make a purchase from KYM WHITMAN MINISTRIES.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with information to complete a transaction, verify your payment information, place an order, arrange for a delivery, fill out forms or for any reason provide us with information, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it as outlined in the above description.  If you would no longer like to be a member, please contact us through the CONTACT US tab on the Site and request that your membership and information be removed, and we will remove it. 

 

SECTION 3 – SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Our Sunday morning meetings along with other streaming meetings, seminars, conferences, etc. are posted to our YouTube channel.  The information shared in those videos includes participants’ names and any comments participants make or share during those posted meetings.

When you place an order through the Site, your order information stays in your membership account.  We keep this information for our records only and do not share this information with any other ministry nor for marketing purposes.

 

SECTION 4 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
